Washing & Drying
How should I wash my Luceamore apparel?
Turn your garment inside-out and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use a mild, color-safe detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, which can break down printed inks over time.
Can I put it in the dryer?
We recommend air-drying or tumble drying on the lowest heat setting. High heat is the #1 cause of shrinkage and premature fading.
Can I iron my tee or hoodie?
If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside-out and iron on low heat. Never iron directly over a printed graphic.
Print Care
How do I keep my printed graphic from cracking or fading?
Always wash inside-out in cold water, skip the dryer when possible, and store folded rather than on a hanger to avoid stretching the print area.
Will the graphic fade after many washes?
Our prints are designed to hold up with proper care. Following the cold-wash, inside-out method significantly extends the life of the graphic. Our prints are DTF and are made to last with proper care

Our shirts are 100% ring-spun cotton and hoodies are 80% cotton / 20% polyester fleece
How do your sizes run?
Our sizes run true to size.
Do you offer extended sizes?
For most items, we offer sizes up to 3XL.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at luceamore.fashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Will I receive a return shipping label?
Yes. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
The quickest path to an exchange is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the size or color you need.
What items cannot be returned?
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you ship within the United States?
Yes — we ship to all US states.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders should arrive within 3-5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping = $6.95
Free shipping = Orders over $59.99
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
